Snow guards are devices installed on the roof top of steel buildings for the blockage of snow slides and avalanche. Snow slides or avalanche are catastrophic movement of snow which can lead to massive destructions. Snow guards allow the movement of snow or ice to melt completely or descend in small amounts.
A Snow guard is a realistic and cost-effective measure which can prevent sloped metal roof from devastation.
